Room was clean and tidy. Generally very good value for the price. Nice shared kitchen fully equipped with fridge and microwave. Free WiFi and a decent TV in the room. Short walk 10 minutes to the nearest pub.

This place is perfect if you just need a room in Boston.. its 10 mins away from train station/town centre. So clean and the interior is gorgeous. Not too expensive either. This is the 2nd time I stayed as I have buisness in Boston, last time the showers didn’t give hot water.. they have fixed this. 10/10

Bright, spotlessly clean, fully kitted out kitchen. Nice powershower.. water was always hot! Comfy king-size bed.. Contractors dream!! 🙂

The property is located at a good place and is a walking distance from the train station. Privacy was okay.
